SHIPPING

WHEN WILL MY ITEMS ARRIVE?

We are currently shipping from our warehouses which are located in the United States, Brazil and Asia. Orders usually take about 2 to 3 weeks to arrive for quality and assurance purposes.

All orders outside the United States might take up to 4 weeks to be successfully delivered. Every order is subjected to a handling period before the shipment process which typically takes about 7 business days. Orders leave our warehouse after the items have successfully been processed.

WHERE ARE MY ITEMS COMING FROM?

Our main warehouse is in the United States, but the majority of our exclusive items are located in other countries such as Brazil and China.

 

IS SHIPPING AVAILABLE OUTSIDE THE UNITED STATES?

Yes, shipping is available to any country outside the United States.

Please make sure to provide the correct shipping address. silkyshorestore.com is not held accountable for any items shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the buyer.

WHAT IF THERE'S A PROBLEM WITH MY SHIPMENT!

If there is any type of problem with your shipment, please contact our support team at silkyshorestore@gmail.com. We'll respond to your concerns within 24 hours.

HOW DO YOU DETERMINE YOUR "SAVE" PRICES

We get the prices from competitor analysis. We then determine how much you save buying from us.

HOW DO I ORDER AN ITEM?

Browse through the store and find the products you adore. Once you’ve found the product of your choice click “Add to cart” and then “Check out”. Simply enter your shipping and billing details and then your good to go. Now, the only step is to relax and wait for your item to arrive.

CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER?

We are only able to make changes to orders that have not been fulfilled. If you want to change anything in your order, please contact us via email at silkyshorestore@gmail.com within 24 hours after placing your order. If your order has already been successfully shipped, unfortunately there is nothing we can do.

PAYMENT

HOW DO I PAY FOR AN ITEM?

Current payment methods include PayPal, American Express, Apple pay, Discover, JCB, MasterCard and Visa. We also accept a variety of international debit/credit cards.

 

SUPPORT

WHAT IS YOUR REFUND POLICY?

Our refund policy lasts up to 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
